Conturbex

Hundreds of test have been run for chemical, food and petro
chemical (resin) industries. Dongsuh SDS automatic conturbex is
a screw discharge type continuous unmaned operating filter,
suitable for separation and dehydration of relatively big solid particles
(bigger than 0.05mm) out of solidliquid separation methods.

Features

Completely continuous unmaned operation.
Remaining solids on the screen after separation and dehydration are discharged continuously out of the machine by the screw and completely continuous unmaned operation is possible.

Outstanding dehydration

Solids on the screen are conveyed rapidly by its screw within one second. As a result, a layer of solids on the screen is thin and its dehydration capacity is higher with minimum filter resistance.

High throughput application with low power consumption

Basket has a different angle (dehydration angle) against the conveying direction of the solids to reduce the discharge resistance. The efficient dehydration angle and the short dehydration time by screw discharge reduce the solids conveying energy and consume low energy.

Compact size

It takes smaller space thanks to its compact size with smart assembly of each unit.

Stable operation for changes of flows and concentration

Typically, a solid layer becomes uneven and the vibration is generated by changes of flows and concentration. However, SDC automatic conturbex operates stably because its screw forms an even solid layer.
