Centrifuge with inner decelerator unit

[sewer processing] machine that dehydrates the concentrated sludge by centrifugal force. Types of centrifuges are horizontal and continuous, vertical and continuous, and vertical and bathing. A dehydrator called decanter is used for dehydration of sludge. The decanter is composed of a cone cylinder body that revolves around the horizontal axis and the screw conveyor.
Separated liquid overflows outlet because sludge provided into the body moves to the inner wall and is carried by a screw that revolves slightly differently from the body and is discharged outside. It needs to add a coagulant to improve the particle removal rate. The percentage of liquid holdup of dehydrated sludge is 60~85% depending on types of dehydration, load, characteristics of sludge and coagulants.
Machine that separates, refines and concentrates materials with differenet ingredients and gravity using centrifugal force.
Centrifuge is mostly used to divide homogenate into several parts by centrifugal force. Homogenate in the test tube can be divided depending on the size and density of particle by revolving with high speed.
This method is also used to enrich nuclear fuel.
The performance of centrifuge is decided by the centrifugal force against gravity, or the centrifugal effect (centrifuge acceleration/ gravity acceleration). The centrifugal effect is decided by radius and rotation velocity of centrifuge because the size of centrifugal force is mass x radius x angular speed².
Rotation velocity ranges from 1,000 per minute to ten thousands per minute and there are three types.
