Principles

The denser solids move radially through the liquid and accumulate in the walls of the rotating bowl and the lighter liquid is conveyed by screw conveyer, dehydrated and discharged.

High dehydration performance with cone shape

You can have high efficiency with low energy consumption because it uses flat bowl cone for fine particles or flexible substances and steep bowl cone for relatively big and rough particles.

Economic rotating bowl

You can choose rotating body that uses long bowl for wide sediment and side screw depending on substances.

You can adjust slurry concentration or dehydration with back drive that controls the speed of screw conveyor.

Overload device of decelerator has safety device for system protection.

Wear-resistant materials

Ultra-light alloy and tile and ceramic can be added on the surface of screw conveyor and it improves wear-resistance.

Used for relatively fine solids.
You can choose washing time for solids with filtering process.
Time and energy can be saved when foreign substances on the
surface of solids are removed. Centrifuge with highly efficient filter,
sediment and washing effects can be adjusted according
to various process requirements.
The speed of centrifuge can be continued or changed. DSP centrifuge has rotation pipes and siphon. Processing time can be reduced since it increases filter pressure to siphon.
Centrifuge has both filter and vacuum effects. Regeneration of residues varies the usage of siphon MTP centrifuge.
