It processes a large volume of waste rapidly produced in a small space and various types of solids very fast and continuously without screen, filter cloth and washing liquid. The collect rate of solids is high and the water in the liquid holdup is low.
In addition, it can handle changes in solid concentration well.
It consists of a bowl, screw conveyor, gear box, casing that protects revolving parts, driving gear that revolves bowl, differential gear that controls rotation of screw conveyor and electric controller.
Bowl revolves very fast and rotation of screw conveyor can be controlled by fixed operation by the deceleration ratio of the gear box or the differential gear.
It is a machine that separates, refines and concentrates mixed materials by centrifugal forces.

It is also used to separate liquid that has insoluble ingredients and different gravity.
It is classified into centrifugal settler and centrifugal filter. Both of them are revolving containers.
Settlers don’t have holes in the revolving cylinder, and filters do.

The centrifugal effect of low speed centrifuge is less than 100, high speed centrifuge is around 10,000 and ultracentrifuge is more than million. Such centrifuges are used in the industries, such as food, pharmaceuticals and ore concentration.
